Since 2012, Dominic O'Dierno has served as CEO of Amare, LLC, a Portland, Oregon-based business consulting firm. In addition to his work at Amare, Dominic O'Dierno supports several community organizations, including the Oregon Children's Theatre.

For more than three decades, Oregon Children's Theatre (OCT) has been educating and inspiring young audiences through theatrical performances, as well as acting programs, classes, and workshops. Recently, the organization launched its 2019–20 performance season, which is featuring five great plays for children of all ages.
OCT opened the season with Me…Jane, a musical that centers on Jane Goodall and her lifelong love of animals. The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, commissioned the play, and it has since been performed in theaters across the country.
In January 2020, OCT will continue the season of performances with the all-ages play Dragons Love Tacos, which is based on the bestselling children's book of the same name. The play will be shown at OCT from January 18–February 16.
Next up on the schedule is a more serious play, The Journal of Ben Uchida. Focused on the Japanese internment camps of WWII, the play deals with painful historic events and is more suitable for children 10 years and up. The Journal of Ben Uchida will run from February 29–March 22.
OCT's 2019–20 season will wrap up with The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show, running from March 29–May 17, and Last Stop on Market Street, running from May 2–May 31. Both plays run approximately 60 minutes, and are great for families with younger children. More information about the 2019–20 season at Oregon Children's Theatre is available at www.octc.org.
